RECEPTIONIST ADMIN
Unity Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and skilled Receptionist Admin to join our team. This is a permanent, on-site, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) that requires careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. The job demands a cooperative, agreeable and caring listener who gets along with others and enjoys helping others. Position Description: The Receptionist Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member service. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:

- Receive and refer incoming calls and online communication from various platforms to applicable staff members and departments.
- Provide a variety of routine office administration support services such as maintaining filing systems, maintaining office equipment, maintaining office supply inventory, and other office support tasks.
- Generate and distribute a variety of complex and confidential correspondence, minutes, agendas, and reports for board and executive.
- Attend board meetings as scheduled and record minutes.
- Promote Unity Credit Union and maintain active involvement in the community.
Compensation: Unity Credit Union offers a competitive total rewards package. Salary will depend on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a matched pension plan; group benefits (health, dental, life, disability and critical illness insurance), and paid community involvement.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12 plus one to three years of proven exceptional member service experience. Credit Union or other financial institution experience is strongly preferred.
