UPDATE: February 28, 2022:

On behalf of our Board and staff, we would like to thank our members for their continued patience working with us through all the layers of change as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic together.  While we look to lift some of the protocols in place, we will also remain cautious for the protection of both members and staff of Unity Credit Union.

Here is what members can expect when visiting Unity Credit Union, effective Monday, February 28, 2022:

MASKS ARE OPTIONAL

As per Saskatchewan Health guidelines, masks are no longer required in branch.  However, both members and staff may still wear a mask if they choose. If you would like our staff to wear a mask during your appointment or visit in branch, please ask.

SANITATIONATION

A hand sanitizer station is provided when entering the branch for members to use if they choose.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

We encourage both members and staff to still maintain a distance of 6 feet apart when possible.  This includes standing in line in the entrance and at the ATM, as well as when in offices. 

ADDITONAL CLEANING AND SHIELDS

Teller stations and offices will be cleaned and disinfected between members.  Please be patient and stay back while our staff clean the area. The shields in these areas will remain up for now.

CALL FOR APPOINTMENTS

We encourage members to call ahead to book appointments with our advisors before visiting the branch.  This includes meetings for loans, opening accounts, financial planning, and investments.  Booking your appointment will ensure our advisors are available and can prepare documentation ahead of time, which will help limit the amount of time you must spend waiting in the branch. 

MEMBER WAITING AREA AND SHIELDS

We are keeping the shields up and the waiting area will remain closed.  We look forward to opening the waiting area soon, so please stay tuned for further communication.

VIRTUAL OPTIONS ARE STILL AVAILABLE

If you are not feeling well, have recently travelled, or are still not feeling comfortable visiting the branch in person, we can help!  You do not need to visit the branch.  Call us at 306.228.2688, and we can make arrangements with you to conduct your business.  We offer digital banking options, such as ATM, Night Deposit, Online Banking, Mobile App, remote cheque depositing service (Deposit  Anywhere™), Interac e-Transfer® service, Telephone and Teams video calls, and DocuSign to electronically sign your documents.  For more information on how to use our digital banking services, contact us by calling 306.228.2688
