Update for Members:

November 19, 2020:

Please be advised, that as per the Government of Saskatchewan announcement, masks will now be mandatory when entering Unity Credit Union.  We appreciate your co-operation.

May 19, 2020:

Now that the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan is underway, we want to inform our members of our plans to re-open Unity Credit Union.  On behalf of our Board and staff, we would like to thank our members for their patience working with us through closed doors over the past couple months.  We want to continue to do what we can to reduce the spread of COVID-19, while continuing to serve the needs of our members.  Therefore, we will be opening our doors very cautiously, and with strict physical distancing guidelines in place.  We will continue to monitor the situation, and make changes and adapt our plans as appropriate and as outlined by government and health regulations.

WE ARE NOW OPEN, BUT WITH A FEW CHANGES

Starting Tuesday, May 19, 2020, Unity Credit Union will open its doors to the public.  However, the following measures will be in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff and members:

  • PHYSICAL DISTANCING: All members must maintain a distance of 6 feet at all times while waiting in line.  Please only proceed to the next circle when it becomes available—one person per circle.
  • MEMBER CAPACITY: There will be a limited number of members allowed in the branch at a time.
    • ATM Lobby: 2 people maximum
    • Branch Lobby: 7 members at a time
  • SANITATION:  Before entering, you MUST use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.
  • ADDITIONAL CLEANING:  Each station will be disinfected between members.  Please be patient and stay back while our staff clean the area.
ONLY VISIT THE BRANCH WHEN NECESSARY

For your safety and ours, we continue to ask that you only visit us in person when necessary.  When you do, please maintain physical distancing and use the hand sanitizer provided.  We recommend that each household designate one person to come in to do financial transactions, and that all paperwork is ready for your transaction when you arrive.  If you are not feeling well, or have recently travelled, do NOT visit Unity Credit Union.  Call us, and we can make arrangements with you to conduct your business.

In addition, we are not taking in-person appointments at this time.  Please continue to call us to make arrangements to meet virtually with your adviser.

We continue to encourage members to use and access our many remote and electronic banking options as much as possible, including our ATM, Night Deposit, Online Banking, Mobile App, remote cheque depositing service (Deposit  Anywhere), Interac e-Transfer® service, Telephone and Skype calls, and DocuSign to electronically sign your documents.  For more information on how to use our digital banking services, contact us by calling 306.228.2688.
