Manager of Technology

You are a modern day Jerry Potts: pathfinder and guide of the banking world.  You scout out new offerings and ideas, and interpret the details.  You guide your team and the credit union into and through the unknown frontier, ensuring no one is left behind.  You are undaunted - your vision goes beyond the horizon.
A member of the senior management team, the Manager of Technology is responsible for:

Leading the innovation team in the analysis, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of technology-based solutions and strategies related to the changes in the banking and finance industry.

Seeking novel ways to provide value to members through innovation, collaboration, proactive thinking, education, and finding solutions.

Participating in setting the direction, design and development of the organization’s strategy, policies, programs, and organizational structure.

Qualifications:  Degree or diploma requiring three to four years of full-time study or equivalent, together with four to six years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  A learning mindset is essential to the success of this position.
