Project Co-ordinator

You have an uncanny bird’s eye perspective of the credit union and the CU system which allows you to see the ripple-effect. Your favorite questions include “Have you thought about this?” and “What’s the impact of that?” You have a bias for action and generate an infectious enthusiasm for implementing projects. You know that not all people adapt to change as well as you, and you reassure us and take us by the hand when needed.

Reporting to the Manager of Innovation, this position takes ownership of the implementation of new projects as approved by the management team, ensuring the inclusion, integration, training and support of all staff as related to each project.

The Project Co-ordinator champions change implementation and adoption via leadership, commitment and positive encouragement.

Qualifications: This position requires a breadth and depth of credit union system knowledge. Degree or diploma requiring two to four years of full-time study or equivalent, together with four to six years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A learning mindset is essential to the success of this position.
